About the Role: Seeking a Laboratory Cleaner for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in Carole Park (QLD, 4300). Duties/responsibilities: Laboratory OperationsOversee daily lab operations, resource allocation, and instrument performanceMonitor workflow and reassign tasks to meet turnaround timesEnsure equipment calibration and maintenance are completed on scheduleAdapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as needed e.g. laboratory benchworkPeople & CultureLead team management processesConduct regular check‑ins and performance reviewsCreate and maintain development plans for all team membersMentor and coach staffMaintain staffing levels and support a positive team cultureClient Management & Business DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsAct as first contact for clientsIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesProvide client visit reports and maintain client insightsQuality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with NATA, ISO, and internal QMS requirementsSupport method improvements and audit readinessContinuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvementsEncourage team ideas for workflow optimisationSupport evaluation and validation of new methods and technologies Skills/experience:Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or similar disciplineMust have prior experience in a NATA accreditated laboratory environment and a strong technical backgroundExperience in an environmental laboratory is highly idealStrong communication skills and attention to detailTeamwork skills and ability to mentor junior staff Apply!
