Warehouse Operator

About company/role:

• Food manufacturing company
• Seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the team
• Day shift (7am-3pm)
• Casual contract, with potential to go permanent
• Fulltime hours, Mon-Fri
• Immediate start

Duties/responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• General forklift duties within a warehouse environment
• Data entry using Microsoft Excel
• Loading and unloading of containers and trucks
• Use of RF scanning guns for inventory movements
• Process inbound and outbound paperwork
• Receiving goods and dispatch via the warehouse management system
• General housekeeping

Skills/experience:

• Must have current forklift license
• Proven experience operating forklift (including counterbalance, high-reach, double-deep (double tonnes)
• Previous experience as a warehouse operator in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience using SAP or other warehouse management systems
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
