Validation Associate

About the role:

• Major pharmaceutical company
• Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne 
• Looking for a Validation Associate to join the team
• 3-month casual contract (potential to extend)
• Monday to Friday, full time hours
• Immediate start
• Open to Working Holiday Visas and engineering graduates with experience in equipment qualification

About your duties:

• Execute validation activities across equipment (e.g. tanks, pumps, filling machines, incubators) in alignment with Validation Master Plans and regulatory requirements
• Develop and review qualification and validation documentation in accordance with compliance requirements and project timelines
• Provide oversight of the sites quality systems and compliance
• Perform real time review of records concurrent with manufacturing, QC, or warehouse operations on the floor
• Support the development, revision and implementation of SOPs, protocols, and other GMP documents
• Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to quality systems and support external regulatory inspections
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

About you: 

• Tertiary education in Science, Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science
• Proven experience in validation to support equipment qualification activities for manufacturing
• Must have prior experience within nutraceutical, cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and team collaboration
