About the role: Reporting to the program lead your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Running immunological assays via flow cytometry
- Designs, plans, performs, documents, and interprets scientific experiments, including method development and validation.
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including method development, SOPs and forms, qualification/validation, technical work, routine data collection, data analysis, data reporting, logistics, timelines, deliverables and resources (staff, reagents).
- Acts as the primary scientific liaison for assigned company clients.
- Manages operational aspects in the laboratory.
- Supports bioanalytical laboratory team members to achieve their best performance
- Sign off and record training as per the QMS
- Mentors junior staff members in their area of expertise
About you: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, immunology, cellular/molecular biology, or other related areas is required. Master’s degree or PhD is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a highly regulated environment following ISO 17025, GLP, NATA or similar
- Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of flow cytometry
- FACS analysis software experience
- Experience in the development and validation of immunoassays
- Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
- Methodological, thorough and good attention to detail.
