About the role:Our client, a global leader in the water, waste and environmental industry, is currently seeking a
Chemical Engineering Student on a casual, ongoing basis.
In this role you will work within their process engineering, asset management and project teams.
The successful candidate must be able to commit to working 2-3 days per week, with potential for hours to increase according to your uni schedule.
This is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain valuable real-life industry experience, with potential to transition to permanency upon graduation. Full training will be provided.
Skills/experience: To be considered for this position you must:
- Be currently undertaking a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, preferably in 2nd or 3rd year that can commit to the position long term.
- Have a current car and license.
- Be reliable and capable of working independently.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be mechanically minded and capable of trouble shooting simple equipment issues.
