About the Company / Role
Our client is a well-established plastics manufacturing business seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join their team in Altona North. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in being the go-to person on site, and is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive environment.
Working closely with the Site Manager and Production Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations across administration, purchasing, stock control, logistics, and finance support functions.

Key Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing day-to-day site administration support
  • Ordering office, safety, and production consumables
  • Managing stock levels, ordering processes, and inventory records
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentation
  • Filing, archiving, and ensuring accurate record keeping
  • Assisting with purchasing and finance administration tasks
  • Coordinating supplier orders, including uniforms, stationery, and site requirements
  • Supporting weekly stock takes and inventory activities
  • Liaising with internal teams across multiple locations
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Supporting site operations to ensure efficient day-to-day workflow
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
