Required Skills:
- Proven experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing analytical or scientific instruments eg ICP, FTIR
- Strong mechanical / electrical /chemical aptitude with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for clear customer interaction and reporting
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility and resilience to handle extensive travel commitments across Australia
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background in materials / petrochemical / minerals testing or familiarity with laboratory focused analytical equipment
- Previous experience in field service within a technical or scientific environment
- Proficiency in software diagnostics and instrumentation calibration tools
- Trade qualification or certifications related to chemistry, electronics, instrumentation, or mechanical servicing
