  • Seeking a Senior Analyst - Finance Control to join the team ASAP
  • 6-month casual contract, full time hours
  • Hybrid role - 3 days onsite
  • Office based in Melbourne CBD
  • Open to Working Holiday Visas with the right experience

Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Support group statutory reporting, including preparation of financial statements and responding to audit requests
  • Assist with year-end and month-end reporting cycles, including balance sheet and cash flow analysis
  • Maintain and refresh financial data within reporting systems
  • Manage and coordinate internal control questionnaires and reporting
  • Contribute to internal controls, risk monitoring, and enterprise risk reporting
  • Assist with technical accounting assessments and policy updates
  • Support audit processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, including payment terms and management insights
  • Contribute to process improvements across finance and reporting functions
  • Support local statutory reporting and governance requirements

About you:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in financial control, reporting, or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of IFRS/AIFRS and financial reporting standards
  • Experience working with auditors and regulatory reporting 
  • Exposure to large ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
