We are now seeking a
Scientific Recruitment Consultant to join our
Sydney team, based in our Bondi Junction office. This role is ideal for someone with a science background, ideally chemistry, who enjoys relationship building, problem solving and supporting the careers of scientific professionals.
What you will be doing- Developing a strong understanding of client industries, organisational culture and staffing needs
- Supporting the next step in candidates careers through detailed technical and behavioural interviewing
- Matching high‑quality scientific talent with client requirements
- Engaging with industry bodies, universities and Evolve’s wider network to stay informed of scientific and market developments
- Managing confidential information professionally and accurately according to privacy standards
- Undertaking administrative tasks required across the recruitment process
Who we are looking for- Minimum Bachelor of Science (chemistry preferred, but all disciplines considered)
- Laboratory experience, ideally in environmental, food, chemical, pharmaceutical or consulting laboratories
- Strong relationship‑building capability and understanding of client and candidate needs
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment across both the office and external client sites
- Tenacious, energetic, passionate and driven
- Committed to working with honesty and integrity
