Support pricing and costing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Analyse data, update pricing records, and assist with quotations
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and update daily pricing reports to ensure accuracy
    • Maintain and manage internal pricing records
    • Verify overseas freight invoices and confirm costs for payment approval
    • Update freight rates to support accurate quoting
    • Assist with quotation preparation and provide pricing support to Sales Operations
    • Respond to pricing enquiries from Sales and Customer Service teams
Skills/experience:
  • Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or similar (or relevant experience)
  • Few years experience in a data, pricing, finance, or commercial support role (or relevant internship experience) highly desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical capability
  • Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or macros is advantageous
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
