About the Role:
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in the Western suburbs of Brisbane, is seeking a Regulatory Quality Compliance Officer for a casual ongoing position (Monday to Friday) with the potential to transition to permanent. This is a desk-based role requiring high attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining regulatory and quality compliance.
As a Regulatory Quality Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with cGMP, local and national regulations, and GxP standards across the business. You will contribute to change control processes, documentation oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department.

NOTE: Applicants will be required to undertake a full medical assessment, drug screening and police check to be eligible for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to:
  • Maintain current and comprehensive change control records
  • Ensure compliance with local/national regulations, cGMP, and applicable compendia
  • Manage, progress, and submit projects and change controls through to closure in accordance with departmental and business goals
  • Document, coordinate, and provide quality oversight for projects and change controls, ensuring appropriate action plans are in place to maintain regulatory and quality compliance
  • Support the review, creation, update, and issuance of Master documents to ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory, and quality requirements
  • Support and encourage continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department and across the business

Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate must have:
  • Degree level qualification in a scientific discipline
  • Experience within a regulatory quality role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous experience with an Electronic Documentation  Management Systems in a GMP environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
