QA Associate

About the company/role:

• Well-known company providing a variety of testing services
• Seeking a QA Associate to aid in the backlog of documentation
• Based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne
• 6 month casual contract
• Full-time, normal business hours
• Open to Working Holiday Visas

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Prepare and author CAPA responses to client audits
• Assist in monthly client audits
• Collaborate with internal teams across departments to extract information
• Review/approval of reports and documentation
• Administration and maintenance of Quality Management Systems
• Assist in the preparation of summary reports and documentation

Skills/experience:

• Tertiary education in Science or Engineering
• Must have prior QA experience in a similar role ideally from the pharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience in a contract laboratory is advantageous
• Strong knowledge in quality management systems, CAPAs and audits
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail
