Permanent, full-time opportunity for a Production Supervisor to oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day manufacturing of their unique and sustainable products

Key responsibilities include:
Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output
Coordinate production schedules to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines
Lead, train, and support production staff, fostering productivity, teamwork, and safe work practices
Conduct daily toolbox talks and communicate operational priorities and performance expectations
Operate and oversee production equipment, including mixers, pumps, tanks, transfer systems, and forklifts
Monitor blending, batching, packaging, and quality control processes, including pH, density, and batch testing
Assist with raw material handling, inventory management, stock takes, and reporting material shortages
Maintain production areas, perform equipment cleaning, and troubleshoot minor operational issues to minimise downtime
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, chemical handling, and quality assurance requirements
Coordinate preventative maintenance activities and collaborate with maintenance and logistics teams to optimise operational efficiency
Skills & experience required:
Previous experience in fertiliser, chemical, agricultural or industrial manufacturing environment
Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on
Must have a forklift license and able to operate other production equipment
Good OH&S understanding and practices
Strong communication and oranisational skills
Good computer skills for production reporting and inventory systems
