Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer offering ongoing opportunities for energetic and reliable Production Operators to join their growing team. The company is seeking team players with strong personalities, a great work ethic and a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture. Previous experience in fast-paced manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, food production or similar environments will be highly regarded.
  • Day Shift: Start between 7:00 am - 8:00 am and finish between 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
  • Monday to Friday roster with weekend overtime available during peak periods

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operator, your duties may include:
  • Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
  • Preparing products and materials for manufacturing runs
  • Packing, labelling and inspecting finished products
  • Completing quality checks and production documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and following work instructions
  • Cleaning equipment and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Assisting with production line changeovers and general production duties
  • Working efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines
  • Following GMP, SOPs and company quality standards where required
  • Contributing positively to team performance and workplace culture

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics, food production or similar environment
  • The ability to work at a consistent pace while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • An energetic personality and a genuine willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
  • Excellent reliability and commitment to attendance
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • The ability to follow processes, procedures and safety requirements
  • Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative and get involved wherever required
