About the Role
As the
Production Manager (Pastille Manufacturing), you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a production team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency across the board—while also helping to shape the future of the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee production from raw materials to final packaging
- Manage schedules, resources, and team performance
- Support with maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams on new product development
- Ensure compliance with TGA, GMP, and international standards
- Lead training and development for production staff
- Support audits and inspections
What You’ll Bring- 5+ years in senior manufacturing roles, including team leadership
- Strong knowledge of GMP, TGA regulations, and international quality standards
- Hands-on leadership style with a proactive mindset
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
