Process OperatorWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading plastic pallet and crate manufacturing company based in Erskine Park for multiple Process Operator and Forklift Operator positions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean and modern production environment, supporting a newly established pilot process within a well-established and growing organisation.
About the RoleWorking within a processing line environment, you will be responsible for handling reusable plastic crates and pallets. The role primarily involves sorting, labelling and de-labelling, and quality checking. We are recruiting for multiple candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong eye for detail, comfortable with reptitive work and thrive in both independent and team-based environments.
Key Responsibilities- Sorting pallets into appropriate categories
- Labelling and de-labelling pallets
- Conducting quality checks and identifying faults or issues
- Manual handling of pallets and materials
- Forklift operation and pallet movement (where licensed)
- Working independently and collaboratively within a small team
- Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of a newly established process
About You- Previous experience in production, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or packing environments is preferred
- Experience sorting products and conducting quality checks is advantageous
- Comfortable with highly repetitive work
- Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive work
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, consistent and willing to grow
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current LF Forklift Licence is highly regarded
Key Details- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
