About the company/role: Our government client, based in the North Coast Region are seeking a PO3 Surveyor to join their team on a temporary basis until January 2026.
As a PO3 Surveyor you will perform field surveys, producing geospatial products and provide spatial services. You will perform a range of engineering surveys; ground and feature model, construction and set out and auditing, and monitoring.
Duties:- Performing field survey for the delivery of geospatial products and services
- Capture and process geospatial survey data ensuring quality of survey meets requirements
- Direct and coordinate work activities of your immediate survey crew, managing field tasks, productively and site safety
- Actively participate in process improvement
Skills/experience: - A degree in Surveying from a recognised tertiary institution, or a qualification that is acceptable for registration as a surveyor/surveying graduate with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ)
- Experience delivering surveys to required standards
- Experience performing Ground and Feature Model surveys
- Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
- A ‘C’ Class drivers licence
