Pipe Relining – Operators, Labourers and Boiler Operators
Multiple Roles Available | Interstate Travel Required
ABOUT THE ROLES Due to ongoing growth and major project commitments across Australia, our client—an industry leader in water, energy, and waste infrastructure solutions—has multiple opportunities available within their Pipe Relining Operations teams. These roles will start off as casual positions with full time hours and the opportunity to transition to permanent after 6-12 months.
We are seeking motivated and safety‑focused individuals across several levels, including:
- Pipe Relining Operators
- Boiler / Curing Operators (CIPP)
- Labourers and Trade Assistants
These roles involve travelling to various project sites across
QLD, NSW, and the Northern Territory, with flexibility to work away from home regularly.
KEY DUTIES Duties vary depending on level, but may include:
General Operators- Assisting with pipe relining preparation and installation
- Operating CCTV pipe inspection equipment
- High‑pressure water jetting
- Use of hand tools, machinery, and relining equipment
- Confined space entry
- Set‑up and pack‑down of work sites
- General labouring and TA duties
Boiler / Curing Operators- Operating hot‑water or steam boilers for CIPP curing
- Monitoring temperatures, pressures, and curing cycles
- Routine boiler maintenance and troubleshooting
- Supporting installation crews during relining works
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (All Levels) To be considered, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Flexibility to travel and work away nationally (including NT)
- White Card
- MR or HR truck licence
- Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and police check
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can‑do attitude
Highly Regarded- Experience in pipe relining / trenchless technology
- Mechanical aptitude (especially for boiler operator roles)
- Previous experience with high‑pressure jetting or CCTV pipe inspection systems
IMPORTANT Applicants will be required to undertake a full medical assessment, drug screening, and provide evidence of (or obtain) vaccinations for Hep A, Hep B, and Tetanus.
