About the company/role:
Our client is seeking a reliable Production Packer to join their team in a fast-paced food ingredient manufacturing environment based in Moorebank. This is a day shift position (6:00am – 2:15pm) offering a genuine opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing business, with potential pathways into senior and leadership roles.
Duties:- Pack and label food ingredient products for distribution
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety requirements
- Assist with loading, unloading and movement of materials and finished products
- Report equipment faults and production issues to supervisors
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efficient operations
Skills/experience:- Previous experience in manufacturing (food, dairy, FMCG or similar) is advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Good communication and time management skills
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not required
