About the Company / Role: Our client is a leading global manufacturer operating within a highly regulated environment, supplying products that support the health and wellbeing of people around the world.
Based in Tullamarine, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join their Supply Chain team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
This is a hands-on warehouse role suited to someone with strong forklift experience, excellent attention to detail, and experience working within GMP-compliant or highly regulated environments. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday on day shift hours and will play a key role in ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered across the site.
Duties, but not limited to:- Unloading and loading materials safely and efficiently
- Operating LF and LO forklifts
- Using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Picking, packing, and preparing materials for distribution
- Repalletising stock and relocating materials throughout the warehouse
- Labelling and identifying materials accurately
- Delivering materials to internal customers across the site
- Completing warehouse paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Updating inventory and documentation in line with site procedures
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
- Driving a company vehicle for short-distance material transfers within the site
- Following GMP requirements, SOPs, and safety procedures at all times
- General warehouse and housekeeping duties
Skills / Experience:- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Current LO Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical device, or similar environments
- Experience with inventory systems, documentation, and compliance processes
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
