About the role:

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician. In this role, you will work in a GMP/clean room production facility and use your high degree of technical competence. The Cell Culture Ope`is focused on the daily operation of manufacturing activities, including, mammalian cell culture, and the operation of single-use and stainless-steel bioreactors used in monoclonal antibody production using hybridoma cells.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manual packaging, dispensing and labelling of products
  • Operation of automated dispensing equipment within an aseptic processing environment
  • Operation of automatic labelling equipment
  • Transfer finished products to storage
  • Filling out Manufacturing Batch Records and following SOPs
  • Routine cleaning and environmental monitoring of aseptic processing areas
  • Following GMP procedures accordingly


 
To be successful in this position you will have: 
 
  • Must have cleanroom/GMP experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor of Science or a related discipline or related fields with laboratory experience in industry or academia.
  • Can do attitude
  • The ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of GMP, OH&S and Quality Systems
  • Basic computer skills (SAP experience desirable)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow batch documentation and SOPs precisely
  • Flexibility to work across shifts and adapt to multiple production tasks
