Casual contract
3-4 days a week to begin with on morning shift
This role will be responsible for working with line Operators to accurately document SOP’s, work instructions and checklist that will be critical documents for training, setting standards and maintaining consistent performance on this line across all shifts.
About your duties:
Work with line operators to understand process flow across all shifts
Identify opportunities of improvement and work with Operators to agree on one standard across shifts
Document agreed standard either through SOP, work instructions and/or checklist
Provide progress updates at the weekly meeting
Staff scheduling to meet production schedule and payroll tracking
Production data entry and reporting
About You:
LEAN/TPM qualifications and experience or University qualification (mechanical engineering preferred)
Similar experience will be highly regarded
Strong communication skills, team collaboration
Attention to detail, self motivated
Solid Microsoft skills
Effective problem-solving skills
SAP experience preferred
