An exciting opportunity exists for a Management Systems Administrator to join a highly regulated organisation on an initial six-month contract. This role will play a key part in managing and maintaining the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system while supporting quality, environmental and safety management processes.
Working within the Quality & Management Systems team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, science, IT, finance and operational functions to ensure incidents, findings and corrective actions are effectively managed and closed out. With a major system replacement planned in the coming years, this role will also contribute to system improvement and data clean-up activities.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a complex and diverse organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.
- Manage incident, audit and corrective action records through to closure.
- Support users across the organisation with GRC processes and system requirements.
- Review findings and actions to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement to facilitate timely completion of actions.
- Prepare, maintain and update management system documentation.
- Develop reports and monitor system performance metrics.
- Work closely with IT to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
- Deliver training and guidance to system users.
- Support quality, environmental and safety management system activities.
Skills/experience:- Experience working within regulated environments, quality systems, compliance or governance functions.
- Exposure to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms or similar management systems.
- Understanding of quality, environmental and/or safety management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or similar standards is highly regarded.
- Experience managing incidents, investigations, corrective actions or audit findings.
- Ability to write and maintain procedures and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships across multiple departments.
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities.

- Pay rate $ 70-78 p/hr+super (includes casual loading)
- Please note: there is a 6 week security clearance after accepting an offer, so start date will be late 2026
