Evolve Scientific is partnering with a leading clinical research organisation to recruit a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator.

This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse or Pharmacist looking to combine hands-on clinical trial coordination with team leadership and site oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of clinical trials from start-up through to close-out.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrolment, and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and data quality.
• Liaise with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and key stakeholders.
• Support site operations, mentor staff, and drive process improvements.

About You

• AHPRA-registered Nurse or Pharmacist.
• Proven experience coordinating clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of GCP and clinical research regulations.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded.
