Located in Bacchus Marsh
Full training is provided
2-month casual contract, working 2 days a week
Contract potentially may extend further
Duties:
Mixing of powders and chemicals
Processing of samples
Basic analysis of samples using basic laboratory techniques
Record keeping of all samples and documents
Supporting R&D and QC staff on pilot plant activities
Ensuring safe operating procedures are maintained
Skills & experience:
Bachelors of Science in Chemistry or similar discipline
Previous experience in a laboratory setting
Previous experience within a manufacturing setting working with powders/chemicals is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly
High attention to detail and strong safety mindset
