Seeking Laboratory Sanitation Staff for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based at Carole Park (QLD, 4300) This is a consistent, casual full-time position, Monday through Friday 6am – 2pm.
Duties:
Clean glassware as per procedures and return laboratory glassware to their location.
Maintaining clean lab sinks and benches.
Solvent handling/waste disposal.
Keeping inventory of broken glassware and cleaning supplies and arranging reorder.
Adhering to cleaning schedule - basic data entry.
Must be comfortable to lift up to 10kg .
**Please note this role requires candidates to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and international police checks.
Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate MUST have the following:
Experience working in a GMP facility is highly desirable.
1-2 years of domestic and/or commercial cleaning experience.
Great chemical awareness.
Previous training and/or qualifications in chemical handling/safety is highly advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude to your work and desire to do a great job.
Current license and own vehicle.
Must have unlimited work rights – must be able to work 38 hours a week.
