This opportunity is based in Melbourne's Inner West.

About the Role
This is a consistent, ongoing full-time casual position with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role within 6 to 12 months.
Shifts can vary, so flexibility is essential.
This is not solely a driving role. We are seeking motivated all-rounders who are happy to get out of the truck, work hands-on in the field, and assist with a range of industrial and environmental services.
As an HR Driver / Labourer, you will operate vacuum tankers and liquid waste vehicles while supporting industrial cleaning, non-destructive digging (NDD), and site service operations across a variety of customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating vacuum tankers and liquid waste vehicles
  • Collecting and transporting liquid waste to approved treatment and recycling facilities
  • Performing drain and pit cleaning using vacuum extraction equipment
  • Conducting high-pressure water jetting and industrial cleaning activities
  • Assisting with non-destructive digging (NDD) operations
  • Supporting industrial cleaning and site service projects
  • Completing work safely and efficiently to meet customer expectations
  • Carrying out daily pre-start checks, maintenance, and safety inspections
  • Complying with all WHS, environmental, and operational procedures
Essential Requirements
  • Current HR Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated NDD (Non-Destructive Digging) experience
  • Valid High Pressure Water Jetting Ticket
  • Experience within the water industry, particularly in the construction and rehabilitation of water and sewer networks
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel to different sites as required
