Hands‑on role supporting Integrated Facility Management (IFM) hard services, oversight of maintenance activities, audit readiness and SAP supervisor tasks, work across utilities, HVAC, WFI systems and other critical infrastructure

Duties:
Support planning and scheduling of IFM maintenance activities
Ensure alignment with GxP, EHS, regulatory and operational requirements
Review maintenance documentation for completeness and compliance
Manage SAP data, Work Orders and master data improvements
Act as escalation point for IFM service provider
Coordinate maintenance activities between internal stakeholders and vendors
Identify process gaps and lead CAPAs, deviations and change controls
Support audit readiness and implement compliance improvements
Manage permits, risk assessments and safe‑work processes
About You:
Degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering, or relevant trade qualification
5–7 years’ experience in maintenance, engineering or similar fields
Strong knowledge of HVAC, WFI, Pure Steam and complex engineering systems
SAP maintenance experience
Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries (preferred)
Understanding of automation systems (PCS7 preferred)
Familiarity with TGA, DAFF, OGTR guidance
Knowledge of R&D operations, facility design and GMP/cleanroom environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
