About the Role:
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a
Graduate Chemist to kick-start their career in the environmental industry. This is a
permanent position with the opportunity to develop and grow your career as the business grows. The role is located in the beautiful South Burnett region, surrounded by picturesque scenery. Our client is a leading company in the environmental sector, dedicated to preserving and enhancing the natural environment. Their team is passionate about sustainability and innovation, and they are looking for a motivated Graduate to join them in their mission.
All training will be provided. This facility is not accessible via public transport, so a car and license will be required.
NOTE: Successful applicants must complete medical tests, including drug & alcohol screening and police checks.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Conduct chemical analyses and experiments to support environmental projects.
- Sample receival and storage.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to environmental challenges.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Skills & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and innovation.
- Willingness to work in a rural setting and engage with local communities.
- A fork-lift license would be highly regarded.
- A positive can-do attitude
