We are seeking a Quality professional with experience in food manufacturing to support quality systems, GMP compliance, product testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections and product testing in line with specifications.
Monitor GMP, hygiene, and food safety compliance on the production floor.
Investigate quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
Complete quality documentation, reports, and records accurately.
Assist with internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
Work closely with Production, Operations, and Technical teams.
About You:
3 to 4 years of similar experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
