About the Role
We’re partnering with a well-established and respected Food & Beverage manufacturer, seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join their team. 

This is a casual role offering 2–5 x 12hr shifts per week. This is a 24/7 roster, so you must be available to work both night and day shifts, including weekends (penalty rates apply). This role would suit a student or recent graduate with a food science/technology background or someone with manufacturing and production experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare batches by following internal recipes and procedures
  • Pick and measure ingredients (including electric forklift operation)
  • Conduct basic quality checks and maintain production standards
  • Assist with inventory control, stock take, and ingredient storage
  • Clean and maintain production equipment
  • General housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (highly regarded)
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A team-focused mindset and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable lifting up to 20 kg
  • Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts – 24/7 roster
