About the company: Our client is a global leader in pharmaceuticals space with the aim of expanding their site and manufacturing lines at their southeast Melbourne facility.
The Opportunity:
Exciting chance for a highly experienced validation engineer to contribute to a keystone filling line upgrade on our clients’ manufacturing line.
This opportunity would be an onsite position for at least a six-month-long period.
Reporting to the Project Engineer, this Validation Engineer will: Support and deliver the project objectives, controlling scope changes to meet budget and schedule, functionality and environmental requirements during all phases of the project (Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification);
- GMP Equipment Procurement
- Validation of crucial vial washer and isolator equipment
- Equipment FAT and SATs
- Off-site Fabrication and On-site installation of equipment
- Driving value engineering initiatives across the engineering and production teams.
An ideal candidate must have:- 4+ years of Validation engineering or project engineering with a focus on equipment validation required.
- A demonstrated ability to work closely with multiple project teams
- A strong appreciation of GxP standards within pharmaceuticals production
- Experience with installation, commissioning, and operation of filling equipment, parts washers and autoclaves.
- Design scripts background
- Experience in troubleshooting, process engineering and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
