Must be flexible to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
Duties/responsibilities, but not limited to:
Install and remove tools/die in blow moulding machines
Perform machine setup and calibration to meet production specifications
Conduct trial runs and quality checks
Troubleshoot issues and adjust machine parameters
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output targets
Ensure safety and compliance with operational procedures
Skills/experience required:
Prior experience as a Die Setter or similar role within a manufacturing environment (plastics ideally)
Sound knowledge across injection, stretch and extrusion blow moulding machines
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Forklift license desirable but not essential
Commitment to safety and quality standards
