About the company/role:
Our client is a food ingredient manufacturer supplying B2B and they are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their team in Wetherill Park. This is a desk based, full-time contract role for a minimum for 3-months. The role reports directly to Supplier & Regulatory manager and works alongside 2 other people in the Regulatory team.  
 
Duties:
  • Prepare and manage Finished Goods PIFs, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
  • Coordinate the review and approval process by distributing PIFs to relevant manufacturing sites
  • Create new PIFs from scratch, compiling formulation, specification, and compliance data
  • Maintain and update the Hamilton Grant database, ensuring accuracy of product specifications and ingredient information
  • Perform general documentation control, including organizing, updating, and versioning compliance-related records
  • Manage and maintain data integrity across systems, ensuring all product and compliance information is accurate, consistent, and audit-ready
Skills/experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
  • Previous experience working in the food industry is essential
  • Prior role is the regulatory or compliance space is required
  • Exposure to Hamilton Grant or Bizcaps is highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
