About your duties:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your main responsibilities may include:
  • Develop well‑qualified target lists through independent research and collaboration with the recruitment team
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to gather leads and support national sales strategies
  • Conduct sales visits across various client sites
  • Follow up all client meetings with structured call cycles
  • Prepare high‑quality tender submissions, proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate competitive fees and secure new business opportunities
  • Use the CRM effectively to record calls, visits, notes, tasks and diary entries in a timely manner
  • Implement sales strategies in conjunction with the National Sales Manager, Recruitment Manager and Regional Director
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Uphold administrative accuracy, compliance and quality standards
About you:
  • Background in science, technical sales, account management or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Proven ability to identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Confident using CRM systems and managing structured call cycles
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet activity‑based KPIs
  • A proactive, self‑driven mindset with a passion for client engagement and growth
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Valid driver’s licence
