Permanent, full-time opportunity for an Agronomist to join the team to support the development, evaluation and promotion of their unique and sustainable products

Travel across trial sites and customer locations required
Key responsibilities include:
Organise, coordinate, and monitor field trials across various crops and regions
Collect, analyse and maintain accurate trial data and prepare technical reports.
Interpret agronomic results and provide recommendations based on trial outcomes
Provide technical support and advice on products
Assist in developing product positioning and technical marketing information
Support training programs, field days, demonstrations, and educational workshops
Assist with information provision and technical engagement for potential customers
Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Stay informed on industry developments, crop nutrition trends, and agronomic best practices
Support sales and business development teams with technical expertise when required
About you:
Tertiary qualification in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or related discipline
Previous experience in agronomy, crop nutrition, fertiliser, or agricultural advisory roles
Strong understanding of soil health, crop nutrition, and fertiliser management
Experience collecting and interpreting field trial data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present technical information clearly to different stakeholders
Must have full driver's license
