About the Company:     Our client, a leading Australian manufacturing company providing hygiene solutions to both commercial and industrial environments, are seeking a Hygiene Auditor to join their Queensland team  This is an ongoing full-time casual position and requires the successful candidate to be comfortable with travel around the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. To assist with this, you will be provided with a company vehicle, mobile phone and iPad.  About the role: Reporting to the Hygiene Area Manager, the Hygiene Auditor is responsible for executing the audit program across their assigned market segments. These services include completing the audit, recording insights, training and coaching our customers’ staff on best practice hygiene cleaning and carrying out basic preventative maintenance on dispensing equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: •    Executing the audit program in line with set KPI’s. •    Ensure service is conducted in compliance with set requirements. •    Build an operational relationship with customers to understand requirements, troubleshoot and make appropriate recommendations as required. •    Work closely with Hygiene Area Manager and Audit Services Managers to understand the contractual/promised service offering to customers. About you: •    Current driver’s license with a clean driving history (mandatory). •    Be willing to receive flu vaccinations (mandatory). •    Must be comfortable completing a federal police check. •    Experience in food safety is highly desirable. •    High attention to detail and experience with basic tool use is an advantage •    Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills. •    Proven experience identifying and driving process improvements.  •    Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously. •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. About the company/role:Our client, a global leader in the water, hygiene, and energy technology fields, is currently seeking a Service Technician on a part-time casual, ongoing basis, with the chance of becoming permanent. In this role you will be undertaking water testing and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting for multiple customers in the mining, power and chemical supply industries, across Far North QLD. This role will involve travel to various customer locations and full training will be provided. Although lab experience is not necessary, it would be advantageous for this position. The successful candidate must be able to commit to working 2/3 days per week with potential for hours to increase dependant on business needs.  Duties:Routine inspection of water treatment systems.Basic chemical analysis of samples and reporting results in templates provided.Maintenance and troubleshooting of dosing equipment.Carrying out plant inspections and equipment maintenance as required.Preparation of service reports, post inspection, and distribution to the customers. Skills/experience:A trade/TAFE qualification in engineering or scientific discipline would be advantageous.Must have a current car and license (mandatory).Be reliable and capable of working independently.Have strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers on a regular basis. Have good attention to detail.Be mechanically minded and capable of trouble shooting simple equipment issues.Basic plumbing knowledge is also advantageous. Apply!If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
