They develop and conduct assays across a wide variety of therapeutic areas to ensure the success of their client's clinical trials and preclinical studies.Located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this organization is currently undergoing substantial growth.Permanent roleAttractive SalaryASAP Start About the role: Reporting to the program lead your duties may include but are not limited to:  Running immunological assays including ADA and pharmacokinetic assaysDesigns, plans, performs, documents, and interprets scientific experiments, including method development and validation. Coordinate and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including method development, SOPs and forms, qualification/validation, technical work, routine data collection, data analysis, data reporting, logistics, timelines, deliverables and resources (staff, reagents).Acts as the primary scientific liaison for assigned company clients.Manages operational aspects in the laboratory.Supports bioanalytical laboratory team members to achieve their best performanceSign off and record training as per the QMSMentors junior staff members in their area of expertise About you:Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, immunology, cellular/molecular biology, or other related areas is required. Master’s degree or PhD is preferred3-5 years of experience in a highly regulated environment following ISO 17025, GLP, NATA or similar Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of immunological based assays including ADA and PK assaysExperience in the development and validation of immunoassaysExcellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.Methodological, thorough and good attention to detail.Apply!
