Production Operator

About the company/role: 

• Medical device manufacturing company
• Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
• Casual, ongoing contract
• Mon-Fri, full time hours

Duties include:

• Machine set up, operate and troubleshoot
• Set up and run production lines
• Follow SOPs and company work instructions
• Visual QC checks of labels, batch numbers and expiry dates
• Update and complete documentation
• Clean and sanitise production equipment
• General housekeeping and maintenance

Skills/experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, food or closely related industry
• Ability to troubleshoot and good mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with numeracy skills
• Positive attitude and team player
